David Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant and International Certified Valuation Specialists at Catalano, Caboor & Co. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
David specializes in performing business valuation’s. He has performed business valuation engagements in for the purposes of estate planning, business succession planning, buy/sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, divorce, goodwill impairment, Type B stock reorganizations, and employee stock option plans.

David has extensive experience with manufacturing, importers, distribution, construction contractors, printing, thoroughbred breeding and racing, and service providers.
